Anteral’s Frequency Selective Surfaces consist of one layer of patterned Cu-Au micro grid array with custom shapes to fulfill client specifications. The micro grid array is patterned via photolithography process on very thin (135 µm), flexible and ultra-low loss substrate for THz frequencies with low dielectric constant. FSS are mounted with protection layers made of a high-performance polymethacrylimide foam without degradation of the quality.
The FSSs can be used in MmW and THz systems for filtering signal in transmission or reception or for sensing applications. Band pass or band stop performance from 75 GHz up to 500 GHz can be requested.
Anteral also offers their Wire Gird Polarizers for enhancement of the polarization sensitivity or beam splitting and Quarter Wave Plates for generating reflected circularly polarized waves from linearly polarized.
