A Strategic Milestone in Our THz and 6G Leadership Journey

Today, we are not just announcing a doctoral position. We are marking a strategic milestone in our roadmap toward leadership in advanced communications technologies.

We are part of an active European project funded by the European Union under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) within Horizon Europe, as part of the MSCA Doctoral Network 2023 (Grant Agreement No. 101169044).

The project is described as the “first EU training-through-research industrial doctoral network … to enable THz systems at optical speed with deterministic performance.” In other words, it is the first European industrial doctoral network specifically designed to unlock THz systems operating at optical speed with deterministic performance — a critical step toward future 6G infrastructures.

What does this mean for us?
A doctoral researcher will join our company to carry out this industrial PhD within the framework of this European excellence network.

This is not just about academic training. It is about embedding top research talent directly into our technology strategy, tackling real industrial challenges in THz systems and contributing to the evolution toward 6G.

Strategic collaboration with the Public University of Navarra (UPNA)
The doctoral project will be developed in close collaboration with UPNA and the international consortium, reinforcing the university–industry cooperation model as a driver of deep innovation.

Strengthening our position in THz and 6G
THz frequencies represent one of the most promising and challenging frontiers for 6G. By actively participating in this European doctoral network, we are not only contributing to scientific advancement — we are reinforcing our position at the forefront of next-generation communications technologies.

This is more than a European project.
It is a clear commitment to talent, applied research, and technological leadership in Europe.
