Anteral’s Gender Equality Plan 💜

EQUALITY PLAN | Raquel is the head of the administration department, and in the last month she has been working hard to implement our first equality plan. In Anteral, we have always been committed to promoting female talent and guaranteeing equality, so, although we did not have the obligation, we wanted to implement a plan that reflected this point of view.

In addition to our internal measures, we also actively participate in various campaigns to promote the role of women in the STEM field and promote their opportunities in positions of responsibility within companies and institutions.
