Fairs attended by Anteral in 2024

Another year of non-stop action! The team has not stopped travelling around the world being great representatives of the Anteral brand. But we want to highlight that this 2024 has been the most American. We have been to 2 trade fairs on the other side of the pond and next year there will be a few more and this only reflects the importance we give to this market. The USA and Europe are essential for the growth of the company but this does not mean that we forget about the rest of the companies and industries.

We have been visiting, participating in talks and with shared and personal stands. All ways of being present are viable.

We attended several congresses:

SPACE-COMM in England

European Microwave Week 2024, in Paris

New Space, Vigo

As we said, we have also visited:

Intertraffic, Amsterdam

And, finally, all the trade fairs where members of the Anteral team have been present:

SSSIF, Malaga

Satellite DC, Washington

MUBIL Mobility Expo, Irún

Small Satellite Conference (Small Sat), Utah, USA

Smart City Expo World Congress, Barcelona

Space Tech Europe, Bremen

Here is a brief summary of the most important events:

1.Small Satellites & Services International Forum (SSSF), Malaga

Our management, both our CEO Itziar Maestrojuán and our CTO of the radar area, Fernando Teberio, attended the SSSF organised in Malaga, Spain. It is already one of the congresses that we have fixed in the calendar to which we attend year after year. Fernando presented a talk on ‘Communication antennas for LUR-1 mission’ together with another expert.

2.Satellite 2024 Conference & Exhibition

Itziar Maestrojuán and Fernando Teberio attended this fair. It was organised in Washington DC. It is one of the largest and most important international fairs dedicated to satellites in the US market. Thanks to the collaboration with Impulse Technologies, distributors of our products in that market, we were able to participate as they invited us to be in their stand. Thanks colleagues!

3. Intertraffic, Amsterdam

This is the first time we have attended this fair, one of the largest in Europe in the Smart City sector and everything related to the technologies applied here. It is a fair that is organised every 2 years, so we are looking forward to returning in 2026. We will keep our eyes open!

Here you can see Víctor Torres, head of the radar area, who attended with our CEO, Itziar Maestrojuán.

4. MUBIL Mobility Expo, Irun

This is one of the events that we tried to fit into the radar area, uRAD, and we saw that it was focused on a slightly different market than what we expected. Sometimes you have to go to shows where you don’t fit in so well to find the ones you do. However, we were delighted to have been part of the Navarrese representation of the Navarrese Government. Here, the team that took part was Gonzalo Thomas, an engineer in the radar area, and Vanessa Urdíroz, the company’s communications and marketing manager.

This fair is organised every two years.

5. Small Satellite Conference (SmallSat), Utah

This is another of the fairs that will become a fixture in Anteral’s agenda. It is one of the most important small satellite fairs in the USA. As permanent representatives of the company, itziar and Fernando closed meetings with experts and companies in the sector with which to raise very interesting projects.

6. Smart City Expo World Congress, Barcelona

This is the main trade fair for our uRAD radar area. It is one of the most important international fairs in the Smart Cities sector and we are lucky to have it close to us. For three years in a row now, and for the rest of the years, we have participated presenting the range of products and services we have. The team that travelled was Víctor Torres, CTO of the radar area, and Vanessa Urdíroz, head of communication and marketing.

It is an annual fair and we will probably repeat with the same format: going hand in hand with ICEX and RED.ES. It is a way to have support and make our participation more viable.

7. Space Tech Expo Europe, Bremen

Last but not least, we have one of the most important European trade fairs for the space technology market. It is another of the fixed fairs in our company’s agenda. This year we have enjoyed being in the pavilion dedicated to ‘New Space’ which has allowed us to be surrounded by leading companies, current and, why not, future customers.

As in many other fairs dedicated to the antenna area, Itziar and Fernando attended.
